Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Social Media and Content Executive will be part of the team responsible for managing all branding, communications and enquiry generation activities. This job posting is for a senior level marketing leadership position and for a mid-level specialist role. As a Social Media and Content Executive the candidate will:

  • Manage IT-Tech4all’ social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Develop and implement a thorough social media engagement strategy with defined communications styles and goals
  • Conceive, design and produces the full suite of marketing and sales collateral for Carlease
  • Develop marketing communication materials such as press releases, information booklets, speaking notes and award applications as necessary
  • Manage the conception, design, implementation and post-implementation analysis of marketing campaigns implemented across all web, SEO, SEM, Social Media and traditional media channels

Skills Required:

  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Business Manager and Hootsuite required
  • Ability to utilize image editing suites such as Photoshop and InDesign at a basic to intermediate level is required
  • Ability to create, review and archive long-form content such as blog posts and press releases
  • Strong knowledge of best practices with respect to content development and what ‘works’ on social media
  • Very strong communications skills and, in particular, strong written abilities in English will be required. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but is not essential
  • Ability to use data-analysis in order to develop customized classes of audiences for the purpose of ad-targeting will be a plus
  • Highly developed project management and organizational skills will be required in order to lead development projects under tight timelines

Education, Experience and Attitude:

  • 1 – 3 years of brand management and/or digital marketing experience is required
  • University degree required
  • Strong candidates will have an analytical mindset capable of conducting basic to intermediate data analysis in order to provide insight on how ROI from marketing activities can be improved
  • Strong candidates will possess an innate desire to learn continuously and to acquire new skills in a relatively independent environment
  • Strong candidates will have a demonstrated desire to work in an entrepreneurial, SME environment with a wide span of responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to, and benefit from, the company’s growth
  • General knowledge and interest in technology and platform development as they relate to Search Engines, Web Design, Social Media and technology in general – preferred candidates will be ‘Tech Geeks’

  • Managing all non-technical aspects of IT-Tech4all’ web infrastructure
  • Develop new ideas for the website, suggesting improvements to its functionality and the suite of web services provided through the website
  • Manage all of IT-Tech4all’ SEO and SEM activities including day-to-day management of IT-Tech4all’ Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Maps and Google My Business platforms
  • Manage the conception, design, implementation and post-implementation analysis of marketing campaigns for IT-Tech4all across all web, SEO, SEM, Social Media and traditional media channels

Skills Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge related to best practices in website development including design and UX, optimization of meta-data to compliment SEO, SEM and digital marketing activities
  • Ability to utilize Google’s web marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google AdWords Manager, Google Search Console, Google My Business and Google Maps
  • Knowledge of best practices related to website architecture and data management

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for managing the front-line technical support needs of our clients. As part of the IT support team, you will play a vital role in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, while ensuring client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems, escalating complex issues to senior technicians or engineers when necessary.
  • Log, track, and document all support requests in the ticketing system, maintaining accurate records of support issues and resolutions.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring new hardware and software for users.
  • Offer basic training and guidance to users on the proper use of IT equipment and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software and managing backups.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and improve support processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an IT help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience using ticketing systems to log and track support requests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Education & Certifications:

  • A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or similar) are a plus.
