Why Blue screen appears? And How to Resolve it?
A blue screen error is a common error in the computer/laptop. And blue screen error is also known as blue screen of death. And when this problem occurs on your computer/laptop it would be frustrating experience ever. The error message on the blue screen never shows what the exact problem is. Blue screen appears when the Microsoft Windows comes across a serious error form which it can’t recover. Normally, blue screen errors appear because of faulty hardware, software or drivers.
This dangerous failure causes OS to crash and stop working, and in that time windows can only restart the computer/laptop. If these happen, it can put your data in danger because you don’t have a chance to save open files and other data.
And when this error occurs on the computer it will automatically create a minidump file and that file will be saved to your disk. And in that file information is stored about the crash. You can view that file to diagnose the exact problem of the blue screen error.

When blue screen appears, Check that whether windows restart automatically. If you want to see the blue screen just to check more information you can disable an automatic restart from the control panel>system>advanced system settings>advanced>startup and recovery settings>automatic restart. You can remove the tick if you want to disable automatic restart. After disable if blue screen appears it will not restart and you can see the blue screen and check the information completely which appear.
Or another step is to check blue screen information is you can install a blue screen utility software to view this error in this software you can see the error number which looks like “0x00000007”. And after that search that number on the internet you will find the exact problem.
To Resolve Blue screen, follow this steps
Install new or updated driver: if you have recently installed any driver, maybe that driver was buggy or not supported. Download the latest driver for your PC/laptop from its manufacturer’s website and install them. If the blue screen appears because of the driver, it will resolve your problem.
Hardware problems: if any of your hardware parts are faulty, the blue screen can appear. Remove your RAM and clean it and put it back. Or check that the PC/laptop is not overheating. And after that, start your PC, if the problem remains same check other hardware parts.
Start the computer in safe boot: if the blue screen appears every time when you start your computer. Try to start your computer into safe mode. Because of safe boot computer loads only the required drivers. If the driver is the reason for the blue screen which you have installed it shouldn’t do in the safe boot. You can try effort on fixing the problem from the safe boot.
Format or Reinstall the Windows: Formatting or reinstalling windows is the very good option. Because if you have a buggy driver or software issue, it will replace with the new one. Before formatting, if you want to back up your data you can start in safe boot and backup your files and document which you need. And after formatting, if the problem continues your PC/laptop has a hardware issue.
